Self expression through painting is fantastic. I love to see how different cultures represent their own world.

i have a grandmother and grandfather in dream time that had helped me heal when i was under my intense spirit initiations as a shaman, and they are alive today somewhere in australia, so wherever you are grandmother grandfather those few months with you saved my life here in the us as a light skinned woman being initiated and i send raven from the northwest to deliver my prayer of great thanks to you wherever you are!

so can ken dones art. at least this has true meaning. In fact its sometimes only valuable because the old artist was born 'wild' and is the last of that generation so the art is more valuable. Ive seen a painting go from a two thousand dollar value up to twelve thousand in one day because the artist died. 5 year old? Get real. And how would the 5 year old explain to his grand kids how to survive? Thats what the art is for really.
