ArsFidelis   Two Words ?
an opera in three acts
Dangerous Curve, May 1, 2004

from the program:
PART TWO
gravity is comedy, or falling down builds up

As the music changes part two begins, we hear drumming, harps, and
chanting by familiar though difficult to place voices . . .

For part two at least twelve volunteers are required.
If you wish to participate please take a pair of gloves and begin to
slowly pick up the materials now scattered around the column and try to
attach it to the column using the clay or ribbons. Try to work from the
outside of the room to the column. You are representing the organizing
principle of gravity. The clay will leave color on your hands but
participate without gloves if you want. Be careful of the sharp points
on the wire. This part is about 12 minutes so pace yourself, slowly at
first building to quick paced action toward the end.
